Due to the spiritual and digital nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:
1. Spiritual Sessions & Readings
Once a session or reading has been booked and confirmed, refunds are generally not provided.
2. Online Courses
After course access is granted or content is delivered, refunds are not applicable.
3. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment occurs due to technical error, please contact us within 48 hours with transaction details for resolution.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with prior notice, subject to availability.
5. Exceptional Cases
Any refund requests will be reviewed at the sole discretion of Pranava Visions.
